are certain risks associated with any type of activity. However,
a 15-year study conducted by Project Adventure for injuries that
occurred during every one million hours of activity are as follows:

How old do I
have to be?
Minimum
age preference is 12 years old.

many people do we need to participate?
There
is a minimum of 12 participants preferred for each teambuilding
activity.

challenge course is more than an outdoor adventure. It is a venue
for groups and individuals to expand their horizons and learn something
about themselves. When combined with experiential education, it
