Our Mission

To provide a positive learning environment through experiential education and interactive initiatives.

Some people are born to be leaders. Most of us, however, must work to develop and expand our leadership skills. Through our interactive program, participants have the opportunity to learn more about themselves and the people they are associated with; therefore enhancing their leadership skills.

What We Offer

Opening sessions: Icebreakers, warm-up activities, get-to-know-you activities

Workshops:	Simulation Games : show and enhance cultural diversity, economic development, consensus building, community effectiveness
	Leadership Skills Development : Rainbow Leadership, Leadership Dynamics, Nominal Group Techniques (strategic planning), Change Enlightenment, Time Management

Facilitation: Conferences, conventions, retreats, board training, strategic planning, Town Hall Meetings

Motivational Speaking: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Opening Session, Keynote

Challenge Course: Team-building (trust, problem solving, goal setting, communication, bonding, confidence), Leadership Enhancement, Ropes To Go, Christian Facilitation (In class room or outdoors), Challenge Course Facilitator Training, Ropes Course Inspections, Skills Review, Building a Challenge Course

Adventure Trips: Backpacking, Rock Climbing, Orienteering, Scavenger Hunts

Outdoor Education: Study of nature and environment for students coming Fall 2006
