Leadership Dynamics is an interactive program based on the Five Leadership Characteristics from Leadership Challenge by Kouzes and Posner. Through this program participants learn that its OK to challenge the process because leadership is an ever changing experience. Additionally, participants learn how enabling others to act empowers the team while producing extraordinary results which encourage the heart and help to motivate everyone. This program can be tackled all in one setting or broken up into five different workshops where the materials will be presented in both narrative and participative formats.
